Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

⚠️ Important: AI-generated wedding plans, suggestions, and chat responses are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They should not be treated as professional advice.

• AI suggestions are based on general cultural knowledge and may not reflect all regional or family-specific traditions
• Budget estimates are approximations and actual costs may vary significantly
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for verifying all details with your vendors, venues, and family
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional wedding planning, legal, financial, or religious advice

• The Service offers free and paid tiers
• Paid plans are one-time payments per wedding, not subscriptions
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing users

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you have not generated more than one AI plan
• After 7 days or after generating multiple plans, refunds are at our discretion
• To request a refund, contact us at support@planmyshaadi.ai
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system (prompt injection, jailbreaking)
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for others

• You retain ownership of all data you upload (guest lists, notes, etc.)
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals whose data you add (e.g., guest phone numbers)

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless within the refund window

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMyShaadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
